U.S. Route 40 website by AA Roads. Maps, pictures, history and
more of the US Rt. 40 Pulaski Highway. Rt. 40 parallels the Old
Philadelphia Road (Rt. 7) and was the I-95 of its day. The Rt. 40
Pulaski Highway crosses the Susquehanna River at Havre de

Preserve is in southern Chester County, PA three miles north of
