Location: The historic Riffle House, an 1840s
canal house (inn) at 817 N. Juniata Street in
Havre de Grace, Md. The large grass-covered
lawn and sweeping drive provide low-traffic
proximity to bike trails, scenic vistas and local
landmarks in HdG’s historic district. The
canopy-covered patio serves bicycle rental
operations while providing cool summer shade.
Fleet Services: Biller’s Bikes offers fifty (50)
checklist-inspected street, road and cruiser bikes
in child, youth and adult sizes. Each bike is
equipped with available safety gear including
approved helmets, bells, reflectors and reflective
paint, locks and baskets/racks. Overnight rentals
are provided with front and rear riding lights.
Insurance: All primary renters (adult parent or
guardian) must be 21 years of age and must
provide a pre-authorized credit card deposit and
a valid driver's license or passport. Biller’s Bikes
carries substantial liability insurance and requires
signature of industry standard liability waivers.
All riders of legal majority must sign liability
waivers for themselves and their party's
underage riders. Potential renters not meeting
these requirements will be denied rental service.
